By attending, you agree to:

All Event content — including presentations, slides, recordings, materials, and discussions — is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Record the Event (audio, video, screen capture, or otherwise)
   
• Reproduce, distribute, or share Event content
   
• Use Event materials for commercial purposes
   

without written permission from Action AI Agency LLC and the applicable content owner.

Any financial or business-related information shared during an Event is provided for general information and educational purposes only.

• We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or results
   
• Nothing shared should be considered financial, legal, or investment advice
   
• You are responsible for your own decisions and actions
   

Action AI Agency LLC is not liable for outcomes based on how you choose to use Event information.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles
   
• If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect
